Description Lead Process Quality Group to assure new process readiness and to support day to day operations on multiple shifts; this includes advanced quality planning, problem solving, product/process investigations and supporting repair/rework activities. Direct ownership of line stop, floor alerts, ESD, process yield and defect reporting systems.

Experience Minimum of 5 years quality manufacturing or design experience with demonstrated supervisory skills or equivalent combination of education/experience. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced team environment, and possess strong hand on experience. Experience with electronics manufacturing is highly desirable. Effective presentation skills and experience using Microsoft Office required Experience with Automotive OEM a plus. Six Sigma experience/certification desirable.
Education B.S. in Business Administration or related field
